Preparation

Confirm IAM-101, 110, 201, and 210 completion.

Confirm supervised service requirements assigned by the Ordination Council.

Record the exact scope and term of the license.

Order of the Rite

Opening

The lamp gives light; it does not grant a throne.
A minister is trusted, never owned.

Questions

Leader: “Will you lead without compelling laughter?” Candidate: “I will.”

Leader: “Will you use authority as trust rather than possession?” Candidate: “I will.”

Leader: “Will you keep Church property, confidential information, and pastoral influence from private misuse?” Candidate: “I will.”

License

The leader reads the recorded scope: ordinary Gatherings, teaching, specified rites or ministries, term, supervision, and any exclusions.

Cup

Take joy as service, never as your due;
The cup you lift belongs to more than you.

Charge

Leader: “You are licensed as an Iambist Minister according to the recorded scope of this Church.”
