Launching a Ministry or Charitable Project

Preparation
Identify the actual beneficiaries or community served without exploiting them for publicity.
Confirm budget/authority where the project spends Church resources.
Name measurable activities without pretending ministry value can be reduced to a laughter count.

Commission
Leader names the project, its purpose, responsible leaders, and intended service.
Promises
Project leader: “We will serve without demanding gratitude.”
Project leader: “We will protect dignity before publicity.”
Project leader: “We will spend what is authorized and record what actually occurred.”
Charge
Bring table, joke, or company—not brand.
Online Adaptation
Online ministries may include original talks, moderated community spaces, classes, outreach calls, or digital publication. The commission should still identify responsible leaders and actual program activity.
