Preparation

Identify the actual beneficiaries or community served without exploiting them for publicity.

Confirm budget/authority where the project spends Church resources.

Name measurable activities without pretending ministry value can be reduced to a laughter count.

Order of the Rite

Opening

The lamp is dim if guarded from the street;
A sacred joy must sometimes leave its seat.

Commission

Leader names the project, its purpose, responsible leaders, and intended service.

Promises

Project leader: “We will serve without demanding gratitude.”

Project leader: “We will protect dignity before publicity.”

Project leader: “We will spend what is authorized and record what actually occurred.”

Charge

Go make the burden lighter where you can;
Bring table, joke, or company—not brand.

Online Adaptation

Online ministries may include original talks, moderated community spaces, classes, outreach calls, or digital publication. The commission should still identify responsible leaders and actual program activity.
